Charlotte's Largest Risotto Ever by our Chefs, Isabel and Gino Machiavelli !!  And this year, thanks to SeaFoods.com, it will be a Seafood Risotto wth scallops and shrimp !!!!

Unlimited Fresh Gourmet Italian Food cooked on site, Cavit Wine, Peroni Beer, and much more all for just a Charitable admission fee benefitting Charlotte's Nevins Center for the Disabled
